Poolguard’s NEW “Safety Buoy” Pool
Alarm is designed to be used in any Above Ground Pool
including quick set, soft sided and portable
above ground
pools as well as Spa’s and some small In Ground Pools. Poolguard’s new alarm is the only floating alarm NSF
Certified to
the ASTM F2208 Pool Alarm Standard. The new
“Safety Buoy” floats on the water and uses Sub Surface
Detection Technology.
“Safety Buoy” comes with an In House
Remote Receiver, has a 1 year warranty, and is Made in the
USA!
- The Poolguard “Safety Buoy”,
once installed in the pool, cannot be deactivated; it is
always in the alarm ready mode.
- Tamper Proof: Poolguard
“Safety Buoy” will sound an alarm when removed from the
pool.
- Sleep Mode: when you would
like to use your pool, simply remove the alarm from the
pool and put it into sleep mode.
- Automatic Wake-up: The
Poolguard “Safety Buoy” will automatically wake up and
run a system test when installed into the pool.
- The Poolguard “Safety Buoy”
comes with an in house remote receiver that has a range
up to 200 ft., and comes with a 12 volt power supply.
- The Poolguard poolside alarm
works with a 9-volt battery (not included), with a
battery life of approximately one year.
- Audible low battery
indicator at the poolside alarm will chirp every 20
seconds when battery is low.

Door / Gate Alarms
All pools should be fenced, but the weakest link in the fence is the
gate and it should be alarmed. Any gate which allows young children easy access to a pool area should have a gate alarm.

Features:
•Poolguard Gate Alarm can be used on any gate,
outside door or screen giving access to your pool.
•Alarm sounds in 7 seconds if a child opens the
gate, even if they close the gate.
•The alarm is always on and always automatically
resets under all conditions.
•Alarm will not allow someone to accidentally leave
your gate open for children to wander through.
•Poolguard Gate Alarm is equipped with an adult pass
through feature that allows adults to go through the
gate without the alarm sounding.

- Features:
- The Door Alarm will sound in 7 seconds when
a child opens the door, and the alarm will
continue to sound until an adult comes to the
door and resets the alarm.
- Poolguard Door Alarm will sound in 7 seconds
even if a child goes through the door and closes
it behind them.
- The Door Alarm is always on and will
automatically reset under all conditions.
- Poolguard Door Alarm is equipped with an
adult pass through feature that will allow
adults to go through the door without the alarm
sounding.
- Optional screen door kits can be purchased
for the alarm, this kit allows you to get air
through your screen door without the alarm
sounding.
- Poolguard Door Alarm uses one 9-volt
battery, (not included) with a battery life of
approximately 1 year.
- The Door Alarm is equipped with a low
